Thank you for registering for our course(s). We hope you will be benefitted by this. However, if you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may write to us.
1. You get full refund if request is made before the commencement of the course.
2. After the course has started and if you are not satisfied with the course then write for a full refund just after the first session (and before the second session).
3. No refund request is entertained after the second session of the course.
4. Some courses (like one times webinars) have their specific refund policy which will be mentioned to you while you register for the course. Above rules may not apply for such courses.
To claim a refund for a course, please e mail us at vediccourses@iskconkolkata.com. After receiving your refund request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least three (3) working days from the receipt of your mail to process your refund. Refunds may take few days to reflect in your account, depending on Razorpay (Our payment gateway) terms & conditions. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
